Q3 provides stormwater-related engineering services to federal, state, and local government entities (e.g., departments, agencies, districts, special task forces) in support of planning, regulatory compliance, transportation, flood control, watershed protection, utilities, water conservation, and any other areas of need.
Q3 provides stormwater-related engineering services to groups and organizations whose mission is the restoration and/or preservation of natural resources (e.g., habitat of endangered species).
Q3 recognizes that giving back to the “community” is important. With that said, Q3 is open to providing pro bono services for goodwill efforts requiring stormwater-related engineering assistance.
